Seedling need at least 12 hours of light each day, although you can run it 24/7, just make sure you have taken into account electrical safety if you intend to leave it on continuously. I have very good results using 40W 48” tube lights, but the newer and slimmer 32W T-8 tubes also work very well.</description>
