I decided to grow some this year from seed that I saved last year.  My largest one weighed in at 30.6 # next largest was 20.6 # .  51 #&#039;s of squash in two squash.  My wife and I both love eating it also.</description>

		<description>You can also whip up delicious main meals easily as neck pumpkin cooks pretty fast as well. One of my favourite is pumpkin curry. Fry onions, garlic and ginger until fragrant (do not burn), then add mustard seeds till they pop; add spices of your choice (e.g. cumin + cardamom) plus chilli powder if you like it a bit spicy, then diced pumpkin, tomato and some cauliflower florets and cook till tender but not mushy. Enjoy over steamed rice.</description>
